Refund Policy

90 DAYS Return/Exchange Policy

To provide you with a better shopping experience, TeasingLingerie offers a 90-day return and exchange window. This period is calculated starting from the order's delivery date.

Return & Exchange Service Procedure

  1. STEP 1: Contact Customer Service and Request Return Details. Email: teasinglingerie@outlook.com , stating your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. STEP 2: Receive Approval Notification. Once your request is approved, you will receive an email notification containing the return address and specific instructions.
  3. STEP 3: Customer packs and sends the package. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to the designated return address.
  4. STEP 4: Get Refund or Replacement. You will receive a refund or replacement within 15 business days after we receive the products and confirm their condition.

FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy

The following reasons are covered by our 90-day FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy (We will be responsible for the return postage fees and replacement fees):

NO RETURN & EXCHANGE

The following reasons are NOT covered by our 90-day return/exchange policy. We are not liable for these issues:

  1. Products that exceed the return processing time limit (90 days after the order is signed).
  2. Personalized Custom Products: Non-quality issues due to personal reasons (e.g., customer dislike of the design layout, personal taste, change of mind, etc.).
  3. All Products: Customers selecting incorrect product specifications due to personal error when placing orders (e.g., wrong size, color, or low-resolution photo upload).
  4. All Products: Product damaged by misuse, mishandling, poor maintenance, or items that have been washed, soiled, or damaged resulting from customer's handling.
  5. All Products: Returns/exchanges due purely to personal reasons (e.g., personal taste, change of mind, etc.).

Special Note (Standard Products Returns):

Non-Customized Standard Products: For standard (non-customized) gift products, provided they are new and in resalable condition, we accept returns within 90 days for customer personal reasons (e.g., change of mind). However, the customer must bear the return shipping costs.

Precautions for Return and Exchange

Items that are being returned should be new and unworn/unused. They should be kept in the original condition in which you received them.

Coupon codes expire after use and cannot be restored after return.

Custom Product Cancellation Policy: For custom-made products, once your order is placed, production will begin immediately. If you wish to cancel or modify a custom order that is still in production but has not yet shipped, you will have to pay 30% of the product price as the customization fee.

We reserve the right to make any changes to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be posted on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies, please contact our Customer Service Representatives.

 

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
